Introducing: Cadence Folders - arrange your cadences in folders now

Are you the kind of person who loves having things in place? If so, you’ll love this update!

You can now arrange your cadence into folders - and you can do this right from the cadences page! :)

Schedule your tasks and calls now!

Did you ever happen to miss a task because it got scheduled for a weekend?

Not anymore!

You can now configure the date and time for your tasks and calls - so that they’re scheduled exactly at the time you want them - and you never lose track of them.

You can set this up from the “Step settings” of your Call/Task step in the cadence.

Upgraded Safety Settings

We’ve all been there:

Started a prospect in the cadence. Cadence runs fully - and the prospect completed this cadence.

Mistakenly started this prospect in the same cadence again.

To save you from these little mishaps, we leveled up the product with an additional safety setting.

You now have an additional safety setting that prevents you from adding a prospect to the same cadence again.

You can find it in Settings > Emails > Safety Settings > Prevent prospect from being added to the same cadence twice. By default, this setting is always enabled - unless you choose to toggle it off.

Preview all your emails before launching the cadence

You’re all set to launch the cadence. You just want to get a preview of your emails before you hit “Start Cadence”.

Until now, Klenty let you do that for cadences with less than 100 prospects only.

But that felt inadequate. So, we extended this feature for all the prospects added to a cadence - irrespective of the number of prospects added.

Going forward, you’ll be able to preview the cadence for all the prospects - no matter how many are added - and make any of those last-minute changes you want to!
