There are few things we obsess more about at Klenty than email deliverabilty. Our engineers are forever thinking of ways to move the needle on this core objective.

One of the ways we already improve deliverability is sending your emails one by one - with intervals between each email. This helps your email provider understand that you are spacing out your emails.

For this, at present, you can pick a standard interval of your choice between 30 seconds and 300 seconds. We’re now introducing the option to make this interval random.

How does this help?

Sending emails at a random interval ensures there is no pattern that email/spam filters can pick up on. This helps improve the chances of your emails being delivered and in turn, improve your open and reply rates.

To use this feature: head to Settings --> Email Settings --> Email Interval. Select random and choose the limits you want the intervals to be picked from.
